Terms & Conditions – Castle

Welcome to Castle, a paradise of amazing stories—made for India You want something regional? Go with that chartbusting hit! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our app and streaming services. In clicking “use” or looking around Castle, you agree to these rules — so keep it simple.

You’ll have to create an account if you want to unlock features like saving favorites or accessing premium content. You are responsible for any passwords or other codes you need to access your account, and if someone else uses the password or code that’s on you (unless they used it without your permission). We won’t allow blame to be placed for compromised or shared accounts.

Limit personal, noncommercial use — you can’t sell access to, share your account with, or otherwise copy and distribute content from us (a la movies or shows). Don’t hack our app’s tech: You’re not allowed to break into apps, disrupt servers or compromise another person’s account. Violate these rules again, and we may suspend or block your access — no warnings required on our part.

Our library is updated with new releases regularly (a few things may only be available in certain Indian regions, for example), so we can’t guarantee nothing will ever leave. We do not have control over all content (some content is provided by our partners) and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in such content.

Castle includes free features, though some of the perks (like ad-free listening and exclusive content) require a paid subscription or one-time fee. You’ll provide us with accurate billing and contact information, and you will update that information with us. No refunds unless we say so in writing — no exceptions.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on the app and update the “last modified” date. Continue playing Castle post changes, and therefore you accept the rules. We also reserve the right to limit your use for any reason, with or without notice.

These Terms follow India’s laws. Any disputes? It’ll be dealt with under Indian law — no exceptions.”
